If you are seeing this message, please be sure to enable Java on your system.

• For AOL, click on the WWW box in the preferences panel. Select the Security tab. Under the Security tab choose Custom and then click on the Settings button. Scroll down to Java permissions - choose a permission level other than Disable Java. Then scroll down to scripting, under Java applets choose 'Enable' and under Active scripting also choose 'Enable'.
• For FireFox, go to Tools - Options - Web Features and select 'Enable Java'.
• For IE, go to View or Tools - Internet Options. Under the Security tab choose Custom and then click on Settings. Scroll down to Java permissions - choose a permission level other than Disable Java. Then scroll down to scripting, under Java applets choose 'Enable' and under Active scripting also choose 'Enable'.
• For Safari, go to Preferences - Security. Under the Web Content area, select 'Enable Java'.
